Terms of Service

1. What UsableByAI is

UsableByAI ("we", "us", the "Service") provides Agent-Ready Audits: an automated AI agent attempts one customer scenario on a website you specify (for example, booking an appointment) and produces a report with an Agent-Ready Score (0–100), identified blockers, a video walkthrough and recommendations.

The Service is operated by the UsableByAI team, Ukraine. Contact: support@usablebyai.com. These Terms are a public offer: by creating an account or purchasing an audit you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Accounts

You need an account to order audits. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.

You may schedule the deletion of your account at any time in Settings. Deletion takes effect after a 30-day grace period during which you can restore the account by signing in. Payment records are retained where required by tax and accounting law.

3. Audit runs and plans

Audits are sold as audit runs, individually or in packs (1, 3 or 10 runs). One run covers one scenario on one website URL, executed end to end. Runs do not expire and are not transferable between accounts.

Prices are shown before purchase. The billing country set in your account determines the billing currency: Ukraine is billed in UAH (₴), other countries in USD ($). While payments operate in test mode, this is clearly indicated in the account and no real money is charged.

4. What you must own or control

You may only order an audit of a website that you own, operate or are authorized to test. By submitting a URL you confirm you have that authority and accept responsibility for the audit being performed on it.

We may refuse or cancel an audit of any website that appears unlawful, deceptive, or that we are not able to test safely. In that case the run is returned to your balance or refunded.

5. How the audit agent behaves

The agent uses clearly marked test data (such as the name “UsableByAI Test” and a test email address), may submit forms and bookings labelled as an automated audit, never enters payment details, never completes purchases, and never attempts to bypass CAPTCHAs or bot protection. Bot protection that blocks the agent is reported as a finding, not circumvented.

You are responsible for handling any test submissions the audit creates on your own website (for example, deleting a test booking).

6. Deliverables and timing

Each run produces a report (score, blockers, recommendations) and, where technically possible, a video walkthrough and screenshots. Most reports are ready within 1 business day and no later than 2 business days after the audit starts.

While a request is still queued and the audit has not started, you can cancel it and the run returns to your balance.

The report reflects an automated agent's experience at the time of the audit. It is a diagnostic tool, not a guarantee of business results, search rankings or compatibility with every AI agent on the market.

7. Quality guarantee and refunds

Purchases are covered by the Report Satisfaction Guarantee described in the Refund Policy: confirmed quality issues are fixed by a free regeneration of the report in the same scope, and if we cannot fix the issue — or you are simply not satisfied — you may request a one-time 100% refund within 7 days of delivery.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to test websites you have no right to test, to disrupt or overload third-party websites, to probe for vulnerabilities, or to break any law. You may not resell reports as your own automated service without our written consent.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, attempt to defraud the guarantee, or create risks for other users or audited websites.

9. Intellectual property

You receive a perpetual license to use, share and publish the reports and videos generated for your orders. The Service, its software, branding and report formats remain our property.

10. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific audit run giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for changes third parties make to their platforms and agents.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes are announced on this page with a new “last updated” date and apply to purchases made after the change. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine; consumers retain any mandatory protections of their country of residence.
