1. Who we are and what UsableByAI is

UsableByAI ("we", "us", the "Service") provides Agent-Ready Audits: three AI agents from three independent providers — OpenAI, Anthropic and Google — each walk one customer scenario on a website you specify (for example, booking an appointment). You get a report with an Agent-Ready Score (0–100), the blockers found, video walkthroughs and recommendations on what to fix first.

The Service is operated by sole proprietor PE Petro Ukolov, registered in Ukraine, tax ID 3302302937, registered address: 94A Vasylkivska Street, Kyiv, 03022, Ukraine.

2. The agreement: how and when it is concluded

These Terms are a public offer, and you accept it in two steps. Creating an account is your acceptance for the account and the free features. Paying for audit runs is your acceptance for the paid services in that order — the contract for a purchase is concluded at the moment of payment, on the Terms published at that moment.

By accepting these Terms you also agree to the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy.

The Terms are published in Ukrainian and English. Both versions say the same thing; if they ever differ, the Ukrainian version prevails.

3. Accounts

You need an account to order audits. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.

You may schedule the deletion of your account at any time in Settings. Deletion takes effect after a 30-day grace period during which you can restore the account by signing in. Payment records are retained where required by tax and accounting law.

4. Audit runs, prices and payment

Audits are sold as audit runs, individually or in packs (1, 3 or 10 runs). One run covers one scenario on one website URL, executed end to end. Runs do not expire and are not transferable between accounts.

Payments are processed by LiqPay, a payment service of JSC CB "PrivatBank" (Ukraine). You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Card details are entered on LiqPay's side and never reach our servers. The billing country set in your account determines the currency: Ukraine is billed in UAH (₴), all other countries in USD ($).

Purchases require a verified email address. Runs are credited to your balance once the payment provider confirms the payment, and a receipt is sent to your verified email.

Every payment is one-time. There are no subscriptions and no automatic charges — we never charge you again unless you make a new purchase yourself.

Prices are final. The seller is not a VAT payer; no taxes are added on top of the displayed price.

5. When a run is spent

When you order an audit, one run is reserved from your balance. The run is spent only after the report is delivered to your dashboard.

A report that concludes your website failed the scenario is still a delivered report, and the run is spent. You pay for the audit and the evidence, not for a good score.

If an audit fails for technical reasons on our side, the run automatically returns to your balance.

You can cancel an order while it is still queued and the audit has not started — the run returns to your balance. Once the audit has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

6. Business use and your right to test the website

The Service is intended for business use: auditing websites that you own, operate or are authorized to test. By submitting a URL you confirm that authority and accept responsibility for the audit being performed on that website.

We may refuse or cancel an audit of any website that appears unlawful, deceptive, or that we cannot test safely. In that case the run returns to your balance or, at your choice, is refunded as described in the Refund Policy.

If you use the Service as a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence.

7. How the agents behave on your website

One audit means three runs by the browser agents of OpenAI, Anthropic and Google. As a necessary part of the service, the content of your website — pages, screenshots, the scenario and the URL — is sent to these providers' APIs.

The agents use clearly marked test data (such as the name "UsableByAI Test" and a test email address). One audit can create up to 3 test submissions on your website — at most one per agent — each clearly labelled as an automated test.

Forms are submitted only if you tick a separate consent checkbox when ordering the audit. That checkbox is off by default. Without your consent, agents fill in the fields but stop before submitting the form. The report states that the form was not submitted.

The agents never pay, never enter real payment details, never confirm purchases, and never attempt to bypass CAPTCHAs or bot protection. If bot protection blocks an agent, that is reported as an audit finding, not circumvented.

You are responsible for handling any test submissions the audit creates on your own website (for example, deleting a test booking).

8. Deliverables, timing and the nature of the report

Each run produces a report (Agent-Ready Score, blockers, recommendations) and, where technically possible, video walkthroughs and screenshots. Reports are usually ready within minutes to a few hours; we guarantee delivery within 1 business day after the audit starts.

Reports are generated automatically with the help of AI and may contain errors or omissions. A report is not professional advice — legal, security, accessibility or any other kind — and not a guarantee of business results, search rankings or compatibility with every AI agent on the market. It reflects an automated agent's experience with your website at the time of the audit.

9. Consumer right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you use the Service as a consumer, the law gives you 14 days to withdraw from the contract and get your money back.

Because audits are delivered fast, when you order one you tick a checkbox asking us to start immediately and confirming that you understand: once the report for that order is delivered, you lose the right of withdrawal for that order. Without that confirmation the audit does not start.

Runs you have paid for but not used can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, as described in the Refund Policy.

This section does not limit any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

10. Quality guarantee and refunds

Purchases are covered by the Report Satisfaction Guarantee described in the Refund Policy. In short: contact us within 7 days of delivery. If we confirm a defect in the report, we re-run the audit for free in the same scope (same URL, same scenario). If we cannot fix the defect, you get a 100% refund for that report — confirmed defects have no once-per-client limit.

Separately, if no defect is confirmed but you are simply not satisfied, we offer one goodwill refund per client.

11. Free features: site check and complimentary audits

The free website check (Fit Check) tells you whether your website is a good fit for an audit. It only reads public pages of your site: no logins, no form submissions, no bypassing bot protection. It requires a verified email and is subject to reasonable daily limits. Its verdict is guidance, not a guarantee, and creates no obligations for either side.

Occasionally we run complimentary audits at our own initiative — for example, to validate a fix we made. We create such a run ourselves; you only confirm that you have the right to have the website tested and, if you choose, give the form-submission consent described in section 7. Complimentary runs are free and never spend your balance.

12. Share links and public verified pages

When your report is ready, the Service creates a share link for it. The link is unguessable and hidden from search engines, but it is not password-protected: anyone holding it can view the report. The same link is the "open online" button in your PDF report.

You decide who receives the link, and you are responsible for the consequences of passing it on. The report page shows your website address, the scenario, screenshots, video walkthroughs and findings. If personal or confidential data was visible on the site during the audit, the recipient will see it. The recipient can forward the link or keep the files, and we have no control over that.

You can revoke the link in your account at any time, and the page stops opening immediately. Files the recipient has already downloaded (videos, the PDF, the fix archive) stay with them. Deleting the report also disables the link.

For audits that complete with an Agent-Ready Score of 75 or higher, the Service automatically creates a public verified page showing your website's domain, the score, a masked version of the scenario and the audit date. The page disappears when you delete the report.

13. Acceptable use, fair limits and support

You may not use the Service to test websites you have no right to test, to disrupt or overload third-party websites, to probe for vulnerabilities, or to break any law. You may not resell reports as your own automated service without our written consent.

To keep the Service reliable for everyone, we apply reasonable daily limits per account — up to 20 payment checkouts, up to 20 free site checks and up to 10 support requests per day — and automatically pre-check scenarios for prohibited actions. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, attempt to defraud the guarantee or create risks for other users or audited websites.

Support is available at support@usablebyai.com and through your dashboard. Every request gets a case number.

14. Intellectual property

You receive a perpetual license to use, share and publish the reports and videos generated for your orders. The Service, its software, branding and report formats remain our property.

15. Liability and force majeure

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific audit run giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for changes third parties make to their platforms and agents.

Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), including military actions, power outages, and failures of communication networks or third-party providers. Obligations resume once the circumstances end.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

16. Changes, severability and governing law

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced on this page with a new "last updated" date and apply to purchases made after the change.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force, and the invalid provision is replaced with a valid one closest to its intent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine; consumers retain any mandatory protections of their country of residence.
